Subscription Plans auto-renew monthly and provide a lower cost per credit. One-Time Payment credit packs do not auto-renew and usually never expire, offering more flexibility for casual users or those with irregular needs.

Yes. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, click your account avatar and select 'Cancel Subscription' to complete the cancellation. Your remaining credits and paid cycle will remain valid until the current billing period ends.

For subscription users:Each account can only maintain one active subscription plan per month. If you use up your credits before the renewal date, you can either purchase additional One-Time Payment credit packs or wait for your next monthly credit refresh. If your current plan no longer fits your needs, you may cancel it and then upgrade to a higher-tier subscription. For non-subscription users:You can start a subscription or buy One-Time Payment credit packs at any time.

No. Once a subscription plan or One-Time Payment credit pack is purchased, we do not support unreasonable refund requests such as dissatisfaction with results. Please consider carefully before confirming a subscription, as operating and maintaining AI models incurs significant costs. We offer generous free usage so users can fully test features before purchasing. Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed product malfunction that causes loss.

Credits are refreshed based on the exact date you begin your subscription. For example, if you subscribe on June 5, your first credit allocation is issued on June 5 and remains valid until July 4. Credits must be used within this validity period; any unused credits will automatically expire after the cycle ends. Your next allocation will refresh on July 5, valid until August 4, and so on for each monthly cycle.

Yes. Magiceraser.org uses encrypted payment processing, and all file handling is performed in a private processing environment. Images and videos uploaded for watermark removal, object erasing, background cleanup, or AI inpainting are stored temporarily and automatically deleted shortly after processing. Files are never used for training or shared with third parties.
